Admin Login
The Administrative Portal Login is the entry point for users to interface with administering the EMR system.
Prior to Login
🔐A login needs to be initialized and provided before trying to login.
👤The administrator (or a user with administrative privileges) is responsible for establishing user credentials.
🔐How to Login
Logging in allows a User to authenticate and gain access to the system.
🚧To login, please follow the steps below:
Enter the username into the username field.
Enter the password into the password field
Click the Login button.
The Login button should show a loader (spinning icon) to indicate the process is still in progress.
Successful Login
If the login was successful, the user will be directed to the Administration Portal Dashboard page.
Failure to Login
Sometimes, credentials will fail to authenticate and you will see an error similar to below:
Error Messages
The same error message for a failed login (seen above) will show for:
👤a failed username, or
🔑a failed password, or
🔐both failed username and failed password.
ℹ️This is to ensure security attacks on discovering login credentials are mitigated to a low probability
❓Forgot Password
If a user has happened to forgot their password, they will be able to reset their password by clicking the Forgot Password button.
The User must do the following before be able to reset their password:
➡️Navigate to their user profile
✅Verify their email
🔏The user must have already setup their password recovery questions,
🔁 Resetting a User Password
Resetting a password allows a User to reconfigure there password in the case that they might have forgot their previous password
To Reset a Password, a User must have already set their security questions in their Profile Settings
🚧To reset a user password, please follow the steps below:
Click the Forgot Password button.
After, the Reset Password panel should display
Enter their username into the Username input
Press the OK button
