Searching and Viewing Organizations

Reference->Organizations is a view which allows administrators to search, view, modify, and export Organizations registered within the system

Organizations Table

The Organizations Table will display all Organizations that are currently active and registered within the system

The Organizations Table will allow users to view, add, export, and reload Organizations registered within the system

Searching Organizations

Organizations can be filtered and searched by their Name

Type a portion or the full Name of the Organization into the Search input

Press the 🔳Enter key

After, the records in the Organizations Table should render with a filtered list

Clearing the Search Results

To Clear the search results, clear the name in the Search input and press the 🔳Enter key

Organization Record

The Organization record can be defined by the column description below

Column	Description
Name	This is the display Name of the Organization
Type	This is the type or variant of the Organization (e.g. Government Agency, Primary School, Secondary School, Manufacturer, etc...)
Status	This is the current status of the Organization record (e.g. Active, Inactive, Obsolete, Nulify)
Address	This is the current address of the registered Organization (e.g. 100-124 Gala Road, Gala, Apple Islands, Maritime Zone, DL, etc...)
Focus Industry	This is the dedicated Industry that this Organization specializes in (e.g. Health Care, Education, Manufacturing, Other/Unknown, etc...)
Last Update	This is the last date and time that this Organization record was updated.
Actions	This holds buttons which will allow you to perform actions on a Organization record

Actions

The Actions Column for Organizations will allow you to do the following to a Organization record:

Action	Description
👀View	allows you to view an individual Organization record
❌Delete	allows you to remove the Organization record
🔁Un-Delete	allows you to enable the deleted Organization record
