Running a Job
🗒️Running a Job is done in the cases where a task needs be done in a one-off scenario.

🚧To run a job, please follow the steps below:
Locate the Job by:
👀manually finding it in the System->Jobs table, or
🔍using the search bar located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Verify that there is a Run button in the Actions column.
Press the Run button.
After, a window should pop up with details pertaining to the job selected.
Click the Ok button.
After, a confirmation window will appear asking if you want to run this job.
Click Ok to proceed.
After running a job, there should be a notification displayed in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

📝This will indicate the status on running that job.

Verifying and Validating the Job
🗒️The table record for the job ran above should have a different Current State after successfully running a job.
Running Job
🗒️Once the Job is running, the table record should update to a different status.
ℹ️In the image below, the job:
is currently Running, and
the Last Run should display the most recent date and time.

Completed Job
🗒️Once the Job is complete, the table record should update to a different status.
ℹ️In the image below, the job:
has changed to Completed, and
the Last Run has updated with the duration of how long the last job took (7 seconds).
