Enable / Disable Instance

Enabling/Disabling a Notification Instance is handled by the Notifications->Templates view

❌Disabling a Notification Instance

Disabling a Notification Instance will stop notifications from being triggered by the system

🚧To disable a Notification Instance, please follow the steps below:

Navigate to the Notifications Instances View

The Notifications Templates view handles Notification Instances for the system

🚧To navigate to the Instances view:

• Click on the Notifications -> Instances link via the navigation bar

After, the Notification Instances view will display

Locate the Notification Instance Record

The *Notification Instance Record" will be displayed in the Notification Instances Table

🚧To locate the Notification Instance record:

• Search the Notification Instances Table.

Searching for a Notification Instance

To locate the Notification Instance, search by:

• 👀Manually searching for the desired Notification Instance record

• 🔍Filtering the Notification Instances by entering the Notification Instance Name into the Search input.

Disable the Notification Instance

Disabling a Notification Instance is handled by the Actions Column of the Notification Instances Table

🚧To disable a Notification Instance record:

• Click the Clone button in the Actions Column of the Notification Instances Table

After, a confirmation window will display asking to confirm disabling a Notification Instance

• Click the Ok button to confirm Disabling the Notification Instance

After:

• a success notification will appear in the top right-hand corner of the screen

• the Notification Instance record will update in the Notification Instances Table

• Click the Clone button in the Actions Column of the Notification Instances Table

After, a confirmation window will display asking to confirm enabling a Notification Instance

• Click the Ok button to confirm Enabling the Notification Instance*

After:

• a success notification will appear in the top right-hand corner of the screen

• the Notification Instance record will update in the Notification Instances Table
