Searching and Viewing Facilities
Reference->Facilities is a view which allows administrators to search, view, modify, and export Facilities registered within the system

Facility Table
The Facility Table will display all Facilities that are currently active and registered within the system

The Facility Table will allow users to view, add, export, and reload Facilities registered within the system

Create
Creates a new Facility record
Export
Allows you to Download the list of Facilities as a DATASET file
Reload
Allows you to refresh the Facilities in the Facility Table
🔍Searching Facilities
Facilities can be filtered and searched by their Name
Type a portion or the full Name of the Facility into the Search input 
Facility Record

Name
This is the display Name of the Facility
Type
This is the type or variant of Facility
(e.g. Vaccination Clinic, Community Hospital, Rural Health Center, etc...)
Status
This is the current status of the Facility record
(e.g. Active, Inactive, Obsolete, Nulify)
Address
This is the current address of the registered Facility (e.g. 45 Street North, Bengal, Lychee County, Northern Zone, DL, etc...)
Last Update
This is the last date and time that this Facility record was updated.
Actions
This holds buttons which will allow you to perform actions on a Facility record
Actions

The Actions Column for Facilities will allow you to do the following to a Facility record:
👀View
allows you to view an individual Facility record
❌Delete
allows you to remove the Facility record
🔁Un-Delete
allows you to enable the deleted Facility record
