Editing an Facility
Editing a Facility in the system can be done by following the steps in this guide

Navigate to the Reference Data -> Facilities view
Click on the View button in the Actions column

After, you should be redirected to the Edit Facility Form

Header Panel
The Header panel will display basic information about the Facility and allow you to Download an Export, and Change the Visibility of a Facility

Name, Classification, and Type
The Name, Classification, and Type of the Facility are displayed in the Header panel.

Name
Located in the left of the Header panel
(e.g. Fridge Company)
Classification
Located in the left coloured box, after the Name
(e.g. Service Delivery Location)
Type
Located in the right coloured box
(e.g. Community Hospital)
Status
Status allows the ability to flag a Facility as
Active,Inactive,Obsolete,Nullify

Active
The Facility is flagged active to be used in the system
Inactive
The Facility is flagged inactive. This Facility will no longer be used with this status.
Obsolete
The Facility is flagged as retired or no longer exists
Nullify
The Facility is flagged as ignore
Address
The Address of the Facility is located in the bottom of the Header Panel

✏️Updating Status of a Facility
The Status of a Facility can be updated at any time

🚧To update the Status of a Facility, please follow the steps below:
Tabs
The Facility Edit view contains a few tabs with different purposes.
Facility Profile Tab
The Facility Profile tab displays and manages profile related information for a Facility. (e.g. Facility Profile, Services & Schedule, Facility Hierarchy, Service Areas, Relationships)

Staffing Tab
The Staffing Tab displays and manages Assigned Staff and Staff Managers for a Facility

Stock Management Tab
The Stock Management Tab displays and manages Stock and Stock Stores for a Facility
