Stock Stores Panel
The Stock Stores panel displays and manages Stock related storage for a Facility
Stock Stores Controls
The Stock Stores panel controls allow you to Add, Reload, and display Deleted records in the Stock Stores table
Add
Opens the Add Stock Store view to Add a new Stock Store
Reload
Refreshes the records in the Stock Stores table
Show Delete
Displays Stock Stores which were Deleted
Columns
The Stock Store table displays a few relevant attributes of a Stock Store
Name
The name provided to the Stock Store
Type
The Stock Store Type associated with the Stock Store
Status
The current Status of the Stock Store
Max Capacity
The Maximum Capacity for storage in the Stock Store
Functional Status
Indicates the Status of function for the Stock Store
Last Alarm
The last Date and Time when an alarm was triggered for a status of this Stock Store
Last Modified
The last Date and Time when this Stock Store record was updated
Actions
Controls to view, manipulate, or remove this Stock Store

The Actions for a Stock Store are described below
Edit
Opens the Edit Stock Store view to edit a Stock Store
Stock
Opens the Edit Stock view to edit Stock for a Stock Store
Temp
Opens the Temperature Management view to manage Temperatures for a Stock Store
‼️This is only available to Refrigerator Cold Box / Vaccine Flask, and Freezer
Remove
Removes the Stock Store for a Facility
Managing Stock Stores
Managing Stock Stores can be done by following the guides below

Adding a Stock Store in managed by the Stock Store Controls and the Create Stock Store view
🚧To add a new Stock Store for a Facility, please follow the steps below:
Define the Refrigeration Properties
There are a series of properties that are usually tracked with refrigerated devices and storage
If the following Stock Store Type was used, please skip this step:
Box / Crate ContainerPantry / Stock RoomVile
If the following Stock Store Type was used, please proceed with this step:
Cold Box / Vaccine FlaskFreezerRefrigerator
Serial Number
The Serial Number is the one provided on the Stock Store (e.g. for a
Refrigerator,Freezer, etc...)
🚧To define the Serial Number for the Stock Store:
Enter the Serial Number into the Serial # input.
⭐Select a Manufacturer (Optional)
The Manufacturer is the Organization or Entity who manufactured this Stock Store (e.g. for a
Refrigerator,Freezer, etc...)
🚧To define the Manufacturer for the Stock Store:
Click on the Manufacturer input.
After, a dropdown will appear with a collection of available Manufacturer options
Search and select an appropriate Manufacturer option
⭐Define the Expires Date (Optional)
The Expires Date is the planned obsolescence for this Stock Store
🚧To define the Expiry Date for the Stock Store:
Enter the Date into the Expiry input.
✏️Editing a Stock Store
Editing a Stock Store is managed through the Edit Stock Store view
🚧To edit a Stock Store for a Facility, please follow the steps below:

📈Adjust Stock for a Stock Store
Adjusting Stock of a Stock Store in a Facility is managed via the Adjust Stock view
🚧To adjust Stock for a Stock Store of a Facility, please follow the steps below:
Locate the Stock Store in the Stock Store Table
Locating the Stock Store in the Stock Store table is required to remove it from the system
🚧To locate the Stock Store in a Facility
👀Manually search for the desired Assigned Staff Member, or
🔍Filter the Assigned Staff by entering the Name of the Assigned Staff in the Search input
⭐Add Stock to the Stock Store (Optional)
Adding Stock to a Stock Store can be managed through the Material input
🚧To add Stock to the Stock Store:
Click on the Material input
After, a dropdown will appear with a collection of available Stock Items for that Facility and Stock Store
Search and select a Material
Click the Assign button
🌡️Read Temperatures for a Stock Store
Reading Temperatures is managed via the Stock Store table record
🚧To read Temperatures of a Stock Store, please follow the steps below:
Locate the Stock Store in the Stock Store Table
Locating the Stock Store in the Stock Store table is required to remove it from the system
🚧To locate the Stock Store in a Facility
👀Manually search for the desired Assigned Staff Member, or
🔍Filter the Assigned Staff by entering the Name of the Assigned Staff in the Search input
Add a New Reading
Adding a New Temperature Reading is managed via the Add Reading panel
🚧To add a new Temperature Reading for a Stock Store:
Enter a value for the
Device Functional StatusEnter a value for the
TimestampEnter a value for the
TemperatureEnter a unit for the
Temperature⭐Flag reading with an alarm (Optional)
Device Functional Status
The Device Functional Status is the current working status of the Stock Store.
🚧To update the Device Functional Status for a Stock Store:
Click on the Device Functional Status input
After, a dropdown will appear with a collection of available Device Functional Status
Search and select a Status which reflects your Stock Store
Timestamp
The Timestamp is the date and time when the Temperature Reading was captured
🚧To update the Timestamp for a Temperature Reading of a Stock Store:
Enter a new date and time into the Timestamp input
You may only back-enter up to a week for Temperature Readings
Device Temperature Reading
Device Temperature Reading is the value and unit for what the Temperature of the Stock Store was when the Reading was captured
🚧To update the Device Temperature Reading for the Stock Store:
Enter a Temperature Value into the Temperature Value input
Search and select an appropriate Temperature Unit in the Temperature Unit input
⭐If the device has an alarm triggered, check the Alarm checkbox (Optional)
❌Removing a Stock Store
Removing a Stock Store is managed through the Stock Store table
🚧To remove a Stock Store from a Facility, please follow the steps below:
Locate the Stock Store in the Stock Store Table
Locating the Stock Store in the Stock Store table is required to remove it from the system
🚧To locate the Stock Store in a Facility
👀Manually search for the desired Assigned Staff Member, or
🔍Filter the Assigned Staff by entering the Name of the Assigned Staff in the Search input
Remove the Stock Store
Removing a Stock Store is managed through the Actions Column of the Stock Store table record
🚧To remove a Stock Store from a Facility:
Click the Remove button
After, a confirmation window will display to confirm removing the Stock Store
Click the Ok button to confirm removing the Stock Store
