The Staffing Tab displays and manages Assigned Staff and Staff Managers for a Facility

Assigned Staff Panel
The Assigned Staff panel displays and manages staff whom are assigned to a Facility

Assigned Staff are Users who officially work at a Facility.
➕Adding a Staff Member
Adding a Staff Member is managed through the Add Staff input in the Assigned Staff panel
🚧To add a Staff Member to the Facility, please follow the steps below:

Viewing a Staff Member is managed through the Assigned Staff table

🚧To view a Staff Member of a Facility, please follow the steps below:
Find the Assigned Staff Member
Finding the Manager in Manager table will be needed to View

🚧To locate a Staff Member of a Facility in the Assigned Staff table:
👀Manually search for the desired Assigned Staff Member, or
🔍Filter the Assigned Staff by entering the Name of the Assigned Staff in the Search input
➡️Promoting an Assigned Staff Member as a Manager
Promoting an Assigned Staff Member to Manager is managed through the Assigned Staff table

🚧To promote a Staff Member as a Manager of a Facility, please follow the steps below:
Find the Assigned Staff Member
Finding the Manager in Manager table will be needed to Promote

🚧To locate a Staff Member of a Facility in the Assigned Staff table:
👀Manually search for the desired Assigned Staff Member, or
🔍Filter the Assigned Staff by entering the Name of the Assigned Staff in the Search input
Promote the Assigned Staff Member to Manager
In this step the Assigned Staff Member will officially be promoted to Manager of a Facility

🚧To promote an Assigned Staff Member of a Facility to Manager:
Click on the Manager button in the Actions Column of the Assigned Staff table
After, a confirmation window will display to confirm promoting the Staff Member to Manager

Click the Ok button to proceed with Promoting the Assigned Staff Member to Manager
After, a confirmation window will display to confirm apply Local Admin settings for the new Manager

Click the Ok button to proceed with applying the Local Admin settings to the Staff Member
❌Removing an Assigned Staff Member
Removing a Staff Member is managed through the Assigned Staff table

Removing an Assigned Staff Member
Removing an Assigned Staff Member will disassociate that User from a Facility's Staff.
‼️If that Assigned Staff Member was a Manager, the record will disappear from both the Assigned Staff table and the Manager table.
🚧To remove a Staff Member of a Facility, please follow the steps below:
Find the Assigned Staff Member
Finding the Assigned Staff Member in Assigned Staff table will be needed to Remove

🚧To locate a Staff Member of a Facility in the Assigned Staff table:
👀Manually search for the desired Assigned Staff Member, or
🔍Filter the Assigned Staff by entering the Name of the Assigned Staff in the Search input
Remove the Assigned Staff Member
In this step the Assigned Staff Member will officially be removed from the Assigned Staff of a Facility

🚧To remove a Staff Member of a Facility:
Click on the Remove button in the Actions Column of the Assigned Staff table
After, a confirmation window will display
Click the Ok button to proceed with Removing the Assigned Staff Member
Managers Panel
The Managers panel displays and manages Assigned Staff who have the role of Managing a Facility

Managers are Assigned Staff whom manage a Facility
➕Adding a Manager
Adding a Manager is managed through the Add Manager input in the Managers panel

🚧To add a Manager to the Facility, please follow the steps below:
Add the Staff Member
This step will involve adding the selected Assigned Staff as a Manager of a Facility

🚧To add a Selected Assigned Staff as a Manager:
Click the Add button
After, a confirmation window will appear to confirm adding the Selected Assigned Staff as a Manager of the Facility

Press Ok to proceed with adding the Selected Assigned Staff
The Add button will display Please Wait...
After, the Selected Assigned Staff will be added as a Manager of a Facility in the Manager table

🔍Viewing a Manager
Viewing a Manager is managed through the Manager table

🚧To view a Manager of a Facility, please follow the steps below:
❌Removing a Manager
Removing a Manager is managed through the Manager table
Removing a Manager
Removing a Manager does not remove the User as an Assigned Staff Member.
‼️This will remove them from the Manager table, but keep them in the Assigned Staff table.

Remove the Manager
In this step the Manager will officially be removed from the Managers of a Facility

🚧To remove a Manager from a Facility:
Click on the Remove button in the Actions Column of the Manager table
After, a confirmation window will display
Click the Ok button to proceed with Removing the Manager
