The Staffing Tab displays and manages Assigned Staff and Staff Managers for a Facility

Assigned Staff Panel

The Assigned Staff panel displays and manages staff whom are assigned to a Facility

Assigned Staff are Users who officially work at a Facility.

➕Adding a Staff Member

Adding a Staff Member is managed through the Add Staff input in the Assigned Staff panel

🚧To add a Staff Member to the Facility, please follow the steps below:

Select a Staff Member

This step will involve selecting a User to add as a Staff Member of a Facility

🚧To select a User as a Staff Member:

  • Click the User input

  • Search and select a User

Add the Staff Member

This step will involve adding the selected User as a Staff Member of a Facility

🚧To add a Selected User as a Staff Member:

  • Click the Add button

Managers Panel

The Managers panel displays and manages Assigned Staff who have the role of Managing a Facility

Managers are Assigned Staff whom manage a Facility

➕Adding a Manager

Adding a Manager is managed through the Add Manager input in the Managers panel

🚧To add a Manager to the Facility, please follow the steps below:

Select an Assigned Staff

This step will involve selecting an Assigned Staff to add as a Manager of a Facility

🚧To select an Assigned Staff as a Manager:

  • Click the Assigned Staff input

  • Search and select an Assigned Staff

Add the Staff Member

This step will involve adding the selected Assigned Staff as a Manager of a Facility

🚧To add a Selected Assigned Staff as a Manager:

  • Click the Add button

  • Press Ok to proceed with adding the Selected Assigned Staff
