Searching and Viewing Materials
Reference->Materials is a view which allows administrators to search, view, modify, and export Materials registered within the system
Materials Table
The Materials Table will display all Materials that are currently active and registered within the system

The Materials Table will allow users to view, add, export, and reload Materials registered within the system
Create
Creates a new Material record
Export
Allows you to Download the list of Materials as a DATASET file
Reload
Allows you to refresh the Materials in the Materials Table
🔍Searching Materials
Materials can be filtered and searched by their Name
Type a portion or the full Name of the Material into the Search input 
Material Record
The Material record can be defined by the column description below
Name
This is the display Name of the Material
Classification
This is the category or Classification of the Material
(e.g. Country, State or Province, City or Town, Zone or Territory, etc...)
Type
This is the type or variant of Material's Classification
(e.g. Community, County or Parish, Island/Division, Village/Settlement, Zone or Region)
Status
This is the current status of the Material record
(e.g. Active, Inactive, Obsolete, Nulify)
Address
This is the current address of the registered Material (e.g. country code, Pear County, Eastern Zone, DL, etc...)
Last Update
This is the last date and time that this Material record was updated.
Actions
This holds buttons which will allow you to perform actions on a Material record
Actions
The Actions Column for Materials will allow you to do the following to a Material record:
👀View
allows you to view an individual Material record
❌Delete
allows you to remove the Material record
🔁Un-Delete
allows you to enable the deleted Material record
