Disabling a Subscription

What Does Disabling a Subscription do?

🔽Disabling will stop the Subscription from executing

🏷️This will change it's status to be Inactive.

Prerequisites to disabling a Subscription

ℹ️In order to disable a Subscription, it must be enabled previously.

✅This can be done if:

• There is a status of Inactive in the Status column of the table-record, or

• There is a Disable button present (located in the Actions column of the table-record).

🚧To disable a subscription, please follow the steps below:

Navigate to the System → Pub/Sub Manager.

Find the record in the table that pertains to the subscription you want to disable.

You can also use the Search input (located in the top right-hand corner of the table).

Click on the Disable button (located in the Actions column of the table record).

A popup will appear asking to confirm disabling the subscription.

Click the Ok button to confirm.

The popup will disappear, and the Subscription Table will re-load.

Confirm the Current State column now displays Inactive.
