Enabling a Subscription

What Does Enabling a Subscription do?

🔼Enabling will configure the Subscription to execute when it receives information,

🏷️This will change it's status to become Active.

Prerequisites to Enabling a Subscription

ℹ️In order to enable a Subscription, it must be disabled previously.

✅This can be done if:

• There is a status of Active in the Status column of the table-record, or

• There is a Enable button present in the Actions column of the table-record.

🚧To enable a subscription, please follow the steps below:

Navigate to the System → Pub/Sub Manager.

Find the record in the table that pertains to the subscription you want to enable.

You can also use the Search input (located in the top right-hand corner of the table).

Click on the Enable button in the Actions column.

A popup will appear asking to confirm enabling the subscription.

Click the Ok button to confirm.

The popup will disappear, and the Subscription Table will re-load.

Confirm the Current State column now displays Active.
