Clone a Template

Cloning a Notification Template is handled by the Notifications->Templates view

🚧To clone a Notification Template, please follow the steps below:

Navigate to the Notifications Templates View

The Notifications Templates view handles Notification Templates for the system

🚧To navigate to the Templates view:

  • Click on the Notifications -> Templates link via the navigation bar

After, the Notification Templates view will display

Locate the Notification Template Record

The *Notification Template Record" will be displayed in the Notification Templates Table

🚧To locate the Notification Template record:

  • Search the Notification Templates Table.

Searching for a Notification Template

To locate the Notification Template, search by:

  • 👀Manually searching for the desired Notification Template record

  • 🔍Filtering the Notification Templates by entering the Notification Template Name into the Search input.

Clone the Notification Template

Cloning a Notification Template is handled by the Actions Column of the Notification Templates Table

🚧To clone a Notification Template record:

  • Click the Clone button in the Actions Column of the Notification Templates Table

After:

  • A the Notification Template should be cloned as a new Notification Template

  • A success notification should be display in the top right-hand corner of the screen

  • The Edit Notification Template View should display
