Deleting a Notification Template is handled by the Notifications->Templates view
🚧To delete a Notification Template, please follow the steps below:
The Notifications Templates view handles Notification Templates for the system
🚧To navigate to the Templates view:
Click on the Notifications -> Templates link via the navigation bar
After, the Notification Templates view will display
The *Notification Template Record" will be displayed in the Notification Templates Table
🚧To locate the Notification Template record:
Search the Notification Templates Table.
To locate the Notification Template, search by:
👀Manually searching for the desired Notification Template record
🔍Filtering the Notification Templates by entering the Notification Template Name into the Search input.
Deleting a Notification Template is handled by the Actions Column of the Notification Templates Table
🚧To delete a Notification Template record:
Click the Delete button in the Actions Column of the Notification Templates Table
After, a confirmation window will be displayed to confirm deleting the Notification Template record
Click the Ok button to confirm deleting the Notification Template
After, the Notification Template will be deleted and the Record should appear similar to the image below
