Clinical Portal Login

Purpose

The Clinical Portal Login is where staff sign in to access the clinical features of the Immunization Information System (IIS).

Your account must be created by an administrator (or someone with admin rights). They will provide your username and initial password.

When you open the Clinical Portal, you’ll see the login screen:


How to Log In

Enter your Username and Password in the fields.

Select Login.

A spinning icon will appear while the system verifies your credentials.

Outcomes:

  • Successful Login → Redirected to My Dashboard

  • Failed Login → An error message appears:

Logging in with Two-Factor Authentication (TFA)

If your account requires Two-Factor Authentication (TFA), you will be prompted for an additional MFA Code after entering your username and password.

If TFA is enabled for your account, follow these additional steps after entering your credentials.

Enter your Username and Password.

Open your Authenticator App on your phone.

Locate your IIS account entry in the app (e.g., SanteDB on JIMS-IMS). A six-digit one-time code is displayed.

Enter the 6-digit MFA Code into the login screen.

Select Login.

Forgot Password

If you cannot remember your password, click Forgot Password.

Enter your Username.

Click OK.

Follow on-screen instructions to reset your password.

  • If online: You will receive a password reset link by email.

  • If offline: The system will ask you your security question (set up earlier in your profile).

  • Caps Lock / keyboard layout: Re-enter your password carefully.

  • Clock out of sync (MFA): Ensure your phone’s time is set to automatic; out-of-sync time can invalidate codes.

  • No MFA prompt / endless spinner: Refresh the page and try again.

  • Too many failed attempts: Wait a few minutes before retrying or contact an administrator.

  • Language selector (top-right): Switch languages before logging in if labels aren’t clear.
