It brings together all day-to-day clinical activities in one place — patient flow, vaccination sessions, stock use, scheduling, and visit documentation — ensuring that every vaccine administered and every visit recorded align with both patient and inventory data.

This module connects patient services with stock management, forming the live bridge between clinical care and supply logistics. When used correctly, it ensures:

  • Safety – vaccines are stored, issued, and administered correctly.

  • Efficiency – staff can manage multiple patients and tasks in real time.

  • Data Integrity – each administered dose is traceable to a session, a patient, and a stock source.

Use of the My Clinic module supports national standards for safe vaccine delivery, clinical documentation, and cold-chain management.

  • Safe Service Delivery – Maintains control of vaccines and patient flow during daily operations.

  • Accountability and Traceability – Every administered dose, stock movement, and visit is recorded with an auditable trail.

**Role-Based Access:** Not all users will see every option in _My Clinic._

  • Clinic Staff – can view and use Waiting Room, Clinic Schedule, and Visit Workflows.
