Managing Login Profile

Purpose

The My Profile page is where clinical staff can review and update their personal details, login security, and working preferences in the IIS. It ensures each user’s account is secure, correctly linked to their assigned facility, and personalized for easier daily use.

This page is especially important during onboarding, as staff set up their password reset questions, preferred language, and help display settings.
