Clinic Schedule
Purpose
The Clinic Schedule provides a calendar view of all upcoming immunization visits. It helps staff plan vaccine stock, balance workload, and quickly open patient records for care.
Navigation

From the sidebar, expand My Clinic and select Schedule.

Choose between List, Day, Week, or Month view to see the level of detail you need.
Views Available
📋 List View

Shows all scheduled patients for the selected day in a vertical list
Displays name, age, sex, proposal type, and visit type
Best for quick rosters and verifying who is due today
Action: Clicking a patient’s name opens their View Patient page
📅 Day View

Focused on a single day, grouped in time blocks
Expands each entry to show proposed care (e.g., Pediatric Care – Initial Immunization)
Best for daily planning and staff assignments
Action: Clicking a patient’s name opens their View Patient page
📆 Week View

Shows seven days at a time
Useful for spotting busy clinic days and balancing stock across the week
Action: Clicking a patient’s name opens their View Patient page
🗓️ Month View

Displays a full calendar grid
Each day shows a preview of scheduled patients plus a “+ more” indicator for overflow
Best for long-term planning and anticipating high-demand days

Features
Search Bar – Look up patients by ID, name, or identifier
Navigation Buttons – Move between months, weeks, or days; Today resets to the current date
Filters – Switch between Month, Week, Day, or List views
Click-to-Open – Every patient entry links directly to their View Patient record
Best Practices
Use Month View for vaccine forecasting and staffing needs
Each morning, check Day or List View to brief the team
Always open the View Patient page before vaccinating to confirm identifiers and pending vaccines
Use Week View to anticipate supply needs (e.g., ensuring enough BCG for scheduled newborns)
