CJA11 - Backup & Data Recovery
Role: Clinic Manager / Nurse-in-Charge
Use when: Creating or restoring encrypted backups to protect clinic data in case of tablet failure, loss, or reinstallation. Regular backups ensure the clinic can continue operating after technical issues, device damage, or app reinstalls.
Always store backups in a secure, approved location and protect the passphrase. Losing the passphrase makes the backup unrecoverable and may result in permanent data loss.
