The Lot Numbers tab displays and manages Lot Numbers associated with Products of a Material

➕Adding a Lot Number

Lot Numbers for a Material can be added at any time

🚧To add a Lot/Batch number instance for a Material, please follow the steps below:

Go to the New Lot Instance View

The New Lot Instance view is a form that allows for creating a new Lot/Batch Instance

🚧To navigate to the New Lot Instance view:

• Click the Add button above the Lot/Batch Instance Table

After, a window will display with the New Lot Instance view

Define the Product

The Product is ...

🚧To define the Product for the Product:

• Enter the Product into the Product input

Define the GS1 GTIN

The GS1 GTIN is ...

🚧To define the GS1 GTIN for the Product:

• Enter the GS1 GTIN into the GS1 GTIN input

Define the LMIS Item Code ID

The LMIS Item Code ID is ...

🚧To define the LMIS Item Code ID for the Product:

• Enter the LMIS Item Code ID into the LMIS Item Code ID input

Define the Lot/Batch

The Lot/Batch is ...

🚧To define the Lot/Batch for the Product:

• Enter the Lot/Batch into the Lot/Batch input

Define the Expiry Date

The Expiry Date is ...

🚧To define the Expiry Date for the Product:

• Enter the Expiry Date into the Expiry Date input

Create the Lot/Batch Instance

Submitting the form will create the new Lot/Batch Instance

🚧To create the new Lot/Batch Instance for the Material:

• Click the Save button at the bottom right-hand side of the window
