Authentication Certificates

The Authentication Certificates represent what a device can present when authenticating with the server over HTTPS.

Authentication Certificates Panel

✅Each certificate listed here is trusted by the system for authentication purposes.

The panel displays certificate details including

  • subject,

  • issuer,

  • validity period (i.e. Not Before, and Expires), and

  • actions for management.

➕Adding an Authentication Certificate:

🚧To upload an authentication certificate, please follow the steps below:

Click the Add Certificate Mapping (or the Upload button)

Choose the authentication certificate file from your local computer.

Click the Open button to upload the certificate file


Digital Signature Certificates

These signatures may appear on FHIR resources (via provenance headers), in SanteDB VRP QR codes, or in other data exchanges.

Digital Signatures Certificates Panel

The Digital Signatures Certificates panel is used to manage certificates that allow the system to verify digital signatures from a device.

The panel displays certificate details including

  • subject,

  • issuer,

  • validity period (i.e. Not Before, and Expires), and

  • actions for management.
