Creating a User

🚧To create a new User, please follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Security->Users page
Click the Create button located on the top left of the Users Table Toolbar.

After clicking the Create button, a user registration page will be displayed.

Fill in the Security Property fields

Security Property Field Descriptions
Role
🏷️This is the role that should be associated to the user.
🔑This provides access and privileges for the user to operate within the system.
New Password
🔐This is the password used for the new user
Confirm Password
🔃This is to confirm the new password entered above.
❗This must be the same value as the New Password field
User must change password on next login
1️⃣This indicates if the password entered above is intended as a one-time access password to initialize the new user.
✅If checked:
🔐the user will login with the New Password provided, then
💬the user will have to supply a new password after initial login.
Fill in the Demographic Property fields

Demographic Property Field Descriptions
Security Email
📧This is the email to associate with the new user.
🔊This email will be used for any communications via:
💻the system, or
🔐the reset password functionality.
Security Phone
📞This is the phone number that should be associated with the new user.
Given Name
💳This is the first/given name of the new user.
Family Name
💳This is the last/family name of the new user.
Preferred Language
💬This is the preferred language of the new user.
🖥️This field determines which language to display (for translations) when the user successfully logs into the system.
Facilities
🏨This is the facilities that the new user will associate to.
ℹ️There can be one or more facilities selected.
Employer
🧑💼This is the employer of the new user.
Verify the new User appears in the table

A success notification should appear
