User Profile
The User Profile page is the place where properties about the user can be managed

🏷️Name
Given Name
The first name defined for the User
Family Name
The last name defined for the User
🌍Addresses
Country
The country where the address resides
Province
A partition of a country (also known as a Region, Territory, Zone, etc.)
City
An municipal area (also known as Town, Municipality, City, Village, etc.)
P.O. Box
The post-office box, mailbox number, or other identification for a delivery instruction
Unit/Suite #
The unit, suite, office, or other sub-division of the building
Street
A location (building number, unit number, etc.) which is used to locate the address on a street or road.
Additional
A location which assists in the locating of the address (i.e. closes intersection, ward, etc.)
Postal/ZIP
A codified representation of the address used for postal delivery and/or package routing, etc.
C/O
If delivery or other mail delivered to this address carries a care-of instruction
🪪Contact Info
Public Tel/Email
This is the contact mediums (i.e. Pager, Cell Phone, Email, Telephone, Viber, WhatsApp) that the user would like to be contacted by
Preferred Language
This is the preferred language that the User would like displayed and communicate with using the system
Employer
The name of the entity that the User is employed by or working for
Facilities
The Facilities that this User is apart of
Managed Facilities
The Facilities that the User manages
✏️How to Edit a User Profile

🚧To Edit a User, follow the steps below:
Click on the Edit button in the panel header

⭐(Optional) Update the Addresses of the User

Updating the Address Fields
✏️To update the Addresses, click any the associating text-field and populate the correct value
Displaying More Fields
If you notice the following fields are missing:
P.O. Box
Unit/Suite #
Additional
C/O
To edit missing fields, click the More Fields button ![]()
✅After, you should see the missing fields

⭐(Optional) Update the Contact Info of the User

💳Public Tel/Email

This is the contact mediums (i.e. Pager, Cell Phone, Email, Telephone, Viber, WhatsApp) that the user would like to be contacted by.
Updating the Public Tel/Email Field
✏️To Update the Public Tel/Email field:
Select the appropriate Contact Medium

Populate the contact medium
Formatting
Please ensure that you follow the appropriate formatting for the given contact medium
If you enter the wrong format, you will see an error message similar to below

💬Preferred Language

This is the preferred language that the User would like displayed and communicate with using the system.
Updating the Preferred Language
✏️To Update the Preferred Language field:
Click on the Preferred Language drop down
Select the desired language option

🪪Employer
This is the name of the entity that the User is employed by or working for.
Updating the Employer
✏️To Update the Employer field:
Click on the Employer drop down

Select the desired Employer option

Searching for a Employer
You can search for an employer option by typing in the desired employer.
The list of options will filter based upon that input.
🏥Facilities and Managed Faciltities

This is the Facilities that this User is apart of, or the Facilities that the User manages.
Updating the Facilities and Managed Facilities
✏️To Update the Facilities or Managed Facilities field, either:
➕add a new facility, or
❌remove an existing one.
Adding a Facility
➕To Add a Facility:
Click on the Facility input

Select a Facility option

Searching for a Facility
🔍To filter the list of options, enter the full facility name or a portion.
🔽This will further filter the options to one's like the one entered.
Removing a Facility
❌ To Remove a Facility:
Determine the existing Facility to remove
Click the x icon next to that existing Facilitiy
