User Activity
The User Activity tab provides a record of all actions performed by the user within the system.

This view helps administrators monitor security, track system usage, and review outcomes of user operations.
🔭User Activity Table

The User Activity records are displayed as a table with the following columns:
Action
The type of action performed by the user.
Event
The type of event associated with the action.
Timestamp
The date and time when the activity was performed.
Outcome
The result of the action.
Actions
Provides additional operations for the record. Currently, this includes a Details button, which opens a view with more information about the activity.
Action Options
🎬Execute: Executing an operation within the system
➕Creation: Creating a record within the system
📖Read: Reading one or more records within the system
🔁Update: Updating one or more records within the system
❌Delete: Deleting one or more records within the system
Event Options
🚨Security Alert: An event which pertains to a classification of a security alert
🔐Authentication: An event which pertains to an authentication within the system or an external entity of the system
↪️Import Data: An event which pertains to importing data within the system
↩️Export Data: An event which pertains to exporting data from the system
🔍Query: An event which pertains to searching or filtering data within the system
Outcome Options
✅Success: The outcome of the operation was successful
❕Minor/Moderate Fail: The outcome of the operation was a minor or moderate fail. This is not considered serious and the entire activity was not a complete failure
❗Major Fail: The outcome of this operation was a major failure. This is something that is higher than
Minor/Moderate Fail, but lower thanSerious Fail‼️Serious Fail: The outcome of this operation was a serious failure. This is something that should be looked into and verified.
🔽Pagination

At the bottom of the table, you can navigate through multiple pages of records:
Display (left side) → Shows the number of results currently visible out of the total records.
Pagination Controls (right side) → Includes buttons for First, Previous, Page Numbers, Next, and Last.

Navigate Between Records

If there are many records, use the pagination controls at the bottom to move through pages of activity records.
Review a Record
Find the activity in the table and check the Action, Event, Timestamp, and Outcome columns for a summary of what occurred.
