Access & Audit Trail
The Access & Audit Trail page provides a record of all access and audit information regarding the selected User.

Administrators can monitor security, track system usage and updates, and review outcomes of any operations related to a User.
Panels
The Access & Audit Trail view can be broken down into two panels:

🔭Detailed Audit Log Table Panel

🗒️The Detailed Audit Log Panel is a component which shows a detailed log of all times this object was accessed.
The Access & Audit Trail records are displayed as a table with the following columns:
Action
The type of action performed by the user.
Event
The type of event associated with the action.
Timestamp
The date and time when the activity was performed.
Outcome
The result of the action.
Actions
Provides additional operations for the record. Currently, this includes a Details button, which opens a view with more information about the activity.
🔍Detailed Audit Log Table Filters

The Access & Audit Log table filters allow to include relevant audit logs and omit unneeded ones.

🔽Detailed Audit Log Table Pagination

At the bottom of the table, you can navigate through multiple pages of records:
Display (left side) → Shows the number of results currently visible out of the total records.
Pagination Controls (right side) → Includes buttons for First, Previous, Page Numbers, Next, and Last.
📈Access Patterns Panel

The Access Patterns panel provides visualization to illustrate a summary of all times this object was accessed.
This panel can be broken down into two visualizations:
Pie Graph of
who or whataccessed this UserLine Graph of
whenthis User was accessed
🥧Access Pattern Pie Graph

The Accessed By pie graph illustrating the percentage of who or what accessed this User.
Hovering Slice of Pie Graph
When hovering over a slice of the pie graph, this will display the who or what accessed this User, along with a count of how many times.
Data in Accessed By Graph
This graph displays the percentage of access events attributed to each User. - The chart provides a quick view of which users or systems have been interacting with the object most frequently.
📈Access Pattern Line Graph

The Access Over Time line graph illustrates a count of how many times this User's record was accessed over the course of time.
Data in Access Over Time
This graph displays access activity across calendar dates.
The x-axis represents dates
the y-axis represents the number of events recorded on each date.
This visualization highlights trends in access patterns, such as spikes in usage or periods of inactivity.
🎬Reviewing Access & Audit Trail of a User
Review Access & Audit Trail Records

Review the activity records in the Access & Audit Trail Table until you find an record of interest.
Navigate Between Records

If there are many records, use the pagination controls at the bottom to move through pages of activity records.
Review a Record
Find the activity in the table and check the Action, Event, Timestamp, and Outcome columns for a summary of what occurred.
