Reset Invalid Logins

💼In some cases, a user might enter their credentials incorrectly and they will be locked out in the system.

🔁An administrator will need to reset the Invalid logins counter.

🚧To Reset invalid logins, please follow the steps below:

Prerequisites

Before following the steps below, ensure the following has already been done:

• follow the ✏️How to Edit a User steps, then

• follow the Editing a User steps

Click the Reset button next to the Invalid Logins Field.

After, a confirmation window should display.

Confirm resetting the User's invalid login count by clicking the Ok button.

After, the confirmation window will close.

Verify the Invalid Logins has change to 0.
